Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations made directly through EscondidaPanama.com, operated by GAMSA, S.A., for properties located in Playa Escondida and Marina Village, Panama.

By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to the following terms:

1. Reservations and Payment

A valid payment method is required to confirm a reservation. Payment terms depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required. The deposit may be used to cover damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules. Any deductions will be documented and communicated after check-out.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is strictly based on the cancellation policy agreed to at the time of reservation. No refunds are provided for early departures, no-shows, weather conditions, or transportation issues.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

5. Occupancy

Maximum occupancy for each property is stated in the listing and must be respected. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

6. House Rules and Conduct

Guests agree to follow all house rules provided prior to arrival and posted within the property. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.

7. Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. GAMSA, S.A. is not responsible for loss, theft, or injury to guests or personal belongings. Use of the property and resort amenities is at the guest’s own risk.

8. Maintenance and Force Majeure

While reasonable efforts are made to keep all amenities in working order, no refunds will be issued for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, utility outages, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Right to Refuse Service

GAMSA, S.A. reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, or terminate a stay if these Terms & Conditions or house rules are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation through this website, the guest confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
